I'm wondering where folks get their cost estimates for the developer pro-forma model. I see that there are defaults specified on line 168 of sqftproforma.py, but I'm not sure where these came from, and I'm sure this number also varies a lot by location. I'm familiar with the RSMeans cost estimates, but they are more detailed than I need. What sources are other folks using?
